The local community thrives on farming, fish cultivation, boating, and fishing. It’s common to see freshly caught seafood sold along the roadsides, offering visitors a taste of the island’s authentic way of life.

Beyond its stunning coastline, Sekotong is also surrounded by rolling hills that provide a dramatic contrast to the beaches. On a clear day, the majestic Mount Agung in Bali and the iconic Mount Rinjani in Lombok can be seen towering in the distance.
